Children's Ministries
Nursery/Toddler's Room
If you have young children, Parkway has a nursery
(infants to 18 months) and Toddlers Room (18 months - 3 years) is
available during our morning service. Our great staff of committed
volunteers does a wonderful job serving the families of the church by
offering this invaluable service. If you are a guest or regular
attender, please feel free to bring your children to the nursery to be
cared for during the Worship Service!
Kids' Church
Our Children's Church ministry provides interesting and
exciting programming appropriate for children of five age groups:
Kindergarten, Grades 1/2, Grades 3/4 and Grades 5/6. The children will
be dismissed during the morning
service for their own service at approximately 11:05. more...
Jr. High revolve
Jr. High (Grades 7/8), meet twice a month during
the
morning service
and once a month they MERGE with "The Uprising" for a great time of
fellowship, fun and God's word!
Parkway Community Kids Choir (PCKC)

Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Each year approximately 300 children and 60 volunteers
come here to Parkway to particpate in our summer adventure week known
as VBS. If your children attend VBS, they can expect lots of sports and
games, cool prizes, fun sing-a-longs as well as an exciting week-long
drama! We had a great time last year as the children became
special agents on a special mission...... more...
If you are in Grades 3-7, here is something just for you
on Friday nights! Separate
groups for girls and guys will meet weekly from 6:30-8:00. Both
scout-like programs are all about introducing children to Jesus, making
disciples, and finding opportunities to serve others.

Youth Ministry - The UPRISING
Parkway Road Youth Church
Parkway Road Youth Church is exactly that, A CHURCH! I
suppose that the term probably needs a little explaining though. We're
a group of young people (Grades 9-12) who just really dig hanging out
with each other, and hanging out with God! We meet every other Friday
at the church and alternating weeks in private homes. Call the Church

LIFE GROUPS
Various groups meet throughout the week in different
locations around south Ottawa for a time of Bible Study and great
fellowship. Please call the church to determine the group that fits you
best!
